Return Policy
1. Eligibility & Time Frame
- Time Frame: You must request a refund or return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Common Refund Scenarios
- Item Not Received: If an item is lost in transit or significantly delayed, you may be eligible for a full refund or re-delivery.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the issue is the supplier's fault (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), a refund or replacement can be issued without requiring a return. You must provide evidence (photos/videos).
- Items Not as Described: If the product doesn't match the description, you can apply for a refund with supporting proof.
- Subjective Reasons: If your customer chose the wrong size/color or changed their mind, the supplier may negotiate a refund or replacement only after the item is returned and inspected.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Supplier Fault: If the return is due to quality issues or a supplier error, Zopi Suppliers will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Fault: If the return is due to personal reasons (buyer's remorse, wrong size selected), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
